how hard r they to install>?

Not very. A few screws to take off the bezel. Slide it on. Connect power. Reinstall.

if anyone has a write up on how to take one of those off,that would be great or if someone could search it up for me and post a link since im not good at googling.

i have one of these and it doesnt glow anymore.

plus id like a stock cluster
