when i tap the throttle or just drive my hatch the oil light will come on for a split second after i let go of the gas. the idle will be very low and the car would be vibrating like it is about to die. I was thinking it could just be a weird low idle problem but the Oil light comes on only and not alternator light. Is my pump going bad... ?

 

Could be. Make sure you have enough oil in there and that you try a new oil filter because it might be clogged.
