What year of CRV wheels will fit the R?

I recall someone saying that only earlier stock CRV wheels would fit on the R. Is this true? If so, what years fit?

I have found a good deal on four 2002 stock CRV wheels, but don't know if they will fit or not? Any input is appreciated.

whatever year CRV came out with until 2001 model.

I also have a set of CRV steelies for cheap.
