Default Si cluster in 98 ek. Speedo is off???

I just put an Si Cluster in my 1998 civic hatch. I have a gsr swap out of a 97 Acura Integra and it has the integra wheels and tires 195-60/15. When I'm doing 75 on the freeway it says I'm doing 82-83. Could it be the integra Vehicle Speed Sensor? Anyone else had this problem??

I HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS WHEN I SWITCHED MY CLUSTER ON MY EJ1 FROM A EG6... I ACTUALLY SWAPPED ALL THE CONPONENTS INSIDE THE CLUSTER TO THE OLDER ONE IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK CORRECT.
