Default stripped out eg civic; which suspension?

Hello, I currently have an eg6 sir with energy bushings all round, front standard strut bar, rear upper and lower strut bars and gab sport 4 way adjustable suspension; however the car feels very skittish on a bumpy road and non confidence inspiring, seems a bit understeery and then all of a sudden, the backend doesn't quite oversteer but feels looser. I just can't get confident with the car like this, I wondered if it had something to do with the spring rates being for a car which has all the interior still in, etc. If so, what suspension set up/spring rates would be good to go for? Car is a daily driver but will get taken to the occasional trackdays.
