ok guys i have had my ls swapped ek for a few months now working out the kinks. when i did the swap i spliced the crankshaft fluctuation positin sensor into the cam sensor at the ecu like many people do. today i decided to wire up my ckfp correctly i matched the wires from a wire diagram and great my car starts. but it now throws cel # p1399 for manufacturer ignition system or misfire. i checked the timing its dead on im lost as of right now the car is not misfiring for sure. any insight would help...
