hello every one. can i use a d16a6 block(from my 88 CRX) and my d15b7 head(92 civic this block has fried rings in middle cylinder) will this all work and what all do i need to do to prep the block for OBD-1 and what not if i can?

(just tryen to use what i have laying around.)

also if i deside to use the A6 cam also is there any OE cam gear you can use insted of a adjustable?

also if any one has any usfull information about what i am doing could you please post them would help alot

the head and block should work together their both non vtec, and for ur cam gear use the a6 gear if using the a6 cam, that just my opinion i know a lot more for b series than d series
