Is it possible to repair an OEM Spoiler?
So I am finally going to switch my rusty trunk from my 4th Gen Honda Prelude and replace it with another trunk, except without a spoiler.
I want to place the spoiler from my old trunk onto my new trunk, but the spoiler is cracked and has water inside, and for some strange reason there are bubble spots all over the top of the spoiler possibly due to a horrible paint job.
My question is:
Is there any way possible to patch up the cracks that are on the spoiler and what materials will I need?
I will post pics tomorrow of the spoiler if you need visual aids....

No duh there's a way, but I'm not repairing metal. I don't know what a Honda OEM Spoiler is made of but I want to repair it so I can paint it again and put it on my trunk.
put a pic up....its most likly plastic...you could plastic weld it if its plastic. if it isnt plastic then fiberglass filler
Probably could fix it, but It might not be worth the time and money. That would be tough to repair it properly without access to the inside of the spoiler. Just getting it strong enough from the outside seems tricky. Plastic welding would probably be required to get it close to strong enough.
Ok sorry I took so long to post pics. I had family issues to take care of....
Ok so as you can see:

It does appear to be plastic, but I didn't take a long glance at it.
