you'll spend so much on conversions, just go to japan and buy one for $400 because that's how much they sell for...

well here are some of the differences:
u got:
front end
rear bumper,
taillights
spoiler
etc..

u missing:
the rear quarter glasses ( the JDM has a metal sorrounding on the glass)
the doors has a DOHC VTEC decal on it....
the side markers.....
the door trims has a line indented going tru it....
the back seats are individual and have ea one a headrest
u missing the EF9 gauge cluster
folding mirrors
RHD car
JDM center console doesnt really fit bc they got a diff pattern since they are RHD
side skirts..
OEM EF9 rims
suspension bars
rear disc brakes

ill let u know anything else when i remember

u can visit http://www.hondasir.com to see some examples.... of a USDM to JDM conversion......

if you have jdm ef side moldings then hold them up to your US counterpart and you will notice the difference. its not much just a couple of mm's.

and the rear bumper is totally different. if you notice on the jdm piece it is painted above and below the molding. whereas the US rear bumper there is no place to paint above the molding (88-89 US molding completely covers top of rear bumper).

and while we are in the area, the jdm rear filler piece is different too. the key hole is further to the right.
