Same **** you check with every car. Make sure it does everything it is suppose to do. Check maintenance records. Test drive it PROPERLY. Make sure the exterior/interior looks the way you can handle it looking.

If you come back with all specs & some photos, we can tell if you should get it and what it is worth.

<a href="http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b365/shawn_zie/?action=view&current=prelude2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b365/shawn_zie/prelude2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b365/shawn_zie/?action=view&current=prelude3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b365/shawn_zie/prelude3.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

They also said that they did maintnance every 30,000 got new timing and it is very clean the only down side was the sunroof motor worked they said just it wouldnt pop up..

Your data is super conflicting. The Prelude S came with an F22A1 engine and 131hp. The Prelude Si came with an H23A1 engine and 160hp. The Prelude VTEC came with an H22A1 engine and 190hp. Your data seems to span all three models. Price?

You should definitely figure out which engine is in this car. Someone is lying.

Before you hand over the money check in the engine bay and make sure it wasnt in any accidents, look for anything bent and test drive it...

Umm...do you know what happens when you put total faith in the seller and don't check for yourself?

Joe Pesci said it best: "They fúck you in the drive-thru!"

That looks like an H23. It's definitely not an H22.
