I would like to see if this is what we need to make our si's all they can be! please update us it has been a long time since Ive been back on HT so hello to every one!
i think that cobb jumped the gun and rushed into getting something out that will hold us 8th gen owners over momentarily while they develop the accesstuner program while hondata has been taking their time making sure that everything comes out in one package rather than having to go back and download any extra programs or features. i think this quality makes hondata stand out. and the price decrease also made me lean more towards hondata. and also i heard that the hondata fp has like 25 pre-made maps?
That's cool. Is Zeusone affiliated with Hondata? I'm just about to pull the ECU out to get the numbers and ship it to get the discount. I can't wait to see the software.
On hondata's website it says there will be control over drive by wire but they say we don't change anything to do with it and it works fairly well. So does this mean you will be able to adjust throttle tip in and delay? At part throttle I think it just plain sucks. It's all jerky at say 5 and 10 percent throttle.

as soon as it hits 2 bars on the temp gauge is goes away.
i thought hondata said u cant do anything with the dbw
since they say it works good enough?
damn, i'm at a cross between which on to get , Cobb or Hondata, but i didn't know that Cobb's software wasn't out yet, however i'm not going to be buying for a few more month's, so i'll have to wait and see and compare them somemore, but i do think both have great feature which will be really handy in self tuning, or even when having someone dyno tune my FA5.

well the main advantage i see in the hondata, is that there are 20+ base maps for multiple configurations of mods. and the tuning is already available. and also, u can run a base map and have it tuned further almost immediately. as for cobb, it hasnt released a date for accesstuner to come out as far as i know.
