Default 96 civic dx light problems

I have a 1996 dx coupe and recently ran into some lighting issues.

1. The headlight all work fine except for the orange one on the right but the turn signal works fine?

2. I just bought some SI tails (depo) i plugged them in and everything is fine. Except, when i brake the turn signals both go on like if i had my emergency hazard lights on but they stay on not blink. so if i was turning and break the turn signal is over come by both turn signal lights staying solid.

1. Is the bulb just burned out?

2 The rear ground wire is probably disconnected, broken, or corroded.

1. Check for a damaged bulb socket or broken/damaged wires at the rear of the socket.

2. It's a black wire attached to the frame. Sedan, coupe, hatchback?
