That was easy,
Physically not to much. Mainly the b16 has smaller chambers.

 

The 2 differences between the 2 are the intake ports and the quench areas.

Gsr has a slightly larger quench area and is therefore better for domed pistons and N/A builds. The GSR intake ports are a lot more steeper and sharper than the B16 intake ports.

The B16s quench areas are smaller and tend to be better for F/I setups. The B16 is also known to flow slightly better than the GSR.

So Overall if you are gonna do a hardcore N/A build go with a GSR. If you are going Forced induction go B16. If you are just doing a regular LS/VTEC than it really doesn't matter.
