Default JDM to USDM ITR Cluster

I have the JDM ITR Cluster in my integra right now, with only reading in km/h and what not and had a USDM one also sitting in my garage.

I was told that they both are plug and play and it appeared so, when I took the JDM one out and plugged the USDM one in. Everything seemed fined until it started to get dark and had to turn my lights on. The USDM cluster was very dim and I really thought nothing of it,(changed cluster lights and just thought they were dimmer) I went to use a turn signal and the cluster lights flashed and mp/h tack started jumping everywhere.

If i used flashers same thing happened. It seemed like it was drawing to much power so I took a look at it, (have a decent electrical background) and couldn't find anything which made me wonder if some wires had to be changed or a fuse was blown somewhere.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
-Chris.

43727463287432 threads on this. switch the green film for your year of car. if the jdm one works correctly, chances are that film on the usdm cluster will be fine
