FS 1978 Honda Express Moped - OH - $350
as the title says i have a 1978 Honda Express moped for sale in cleveland, ohio. Asking price
is $350.00 FIRM - NO TRADES, i don't want your old shitt...
It gets 80mog and tops out a 25mph. you don't need a motorcycle license to run a moped in ohio. its registered and insured with progressive for $105.00 a year. great little moped, fun to ride around the city.
