Custom axles, custom mounts. The kit is designed for B series guys who want bigger engines, not H/F series guys who want better transmissions. The kit will obviously not be "bolt in".

The H2B is inteded for the teggie guys that want their b series gear ratios (gsr) and dont want the metal work to make the h shift linkage work. You'd basically be causing all these problems for yourself, the h22 euro r is geared about the same as a gsr and would bolt into an accord. But thats if you got the $$$$$ and them some

It's intended for any car with a B swap, not just integra's. My H2B was in my 4th gen civic, using a cable B16 transmission.
