They are made by koyo for 92-00 civics. They are half the size of the normal full size civic rad(as u can tell in the pic), are aluminum, dual core, and have the 1.2 size inlet's on them, they fit the b series hose's perfect, instead of the normal 1" size inlet that you have to clamp the hose on super tight so it doesnt leak
