2008 Element SC Fog Lamp Bulb Type?

Going to buy a fog lamp kit, and want to pre-order Hids for the fogs. Need help trying to figure out what type size the fog lamp bulb are...heard HB4? NEED HELP..Thanks

I just checked the sylvania site...No mention of what bulb.

Just remove yours and it should say at the base.
