Default Replacing clutch/flywheel... what's recommended?

Tried to search... didn't really find what I was looking for.
I'm thinking of upgrading to the JDM FD... and in doing so, I figure I might as well replace my clutch/flywheel since it'll be right there when the transmission opened up.
I'm not looking for a full out race combo --- it's mostly daily driven... but I want it to be at least as good as the OEM combo. Is it really worth replacing the flywheel or should I just get it resurfaced? I know I have to at least replace the clutch because it's getting quite a bit old...
What should I do, and where should I get the parts from?

I could have gotten you the Exedy street clutch/flywheel combo for $629 or the race clutch/flywheel combo for $749. Oh well. Anyone else want this deal just email me and I'll send you the link.
Later.

I just put in a clutchmasters Stage IV (4 puck sprung hub) today in my R. With a resurfaced ITR flywheel, and 2.3 qt.s of Honda MTL. Car feels better than ever now. Bronze ceramic pucks need no break-in. It bites like a pitbull with lockjaw.
It does chatter a little but thats the price of serious clamping power. I plan on going f/i at some point so my tranny's set.

I would reccomend the exedy clutch as well, I have the exedy chomoly flywheel to go with it, but any Spoon, Toda, Exedy, ect flywheel should be fine. For the money exedy clutch is deffinately the way to go though!
