Default Dyno and gearing question?

Went to the dyno in May (A mustang dyno) and made 202whp and 130ft-lbs

Went to the same dyno yesterday and made 193whp and 127ft-lbs???

In May, 94 octane - 25ignition at WOT - 4th gear pull with 1.108:1 and 4.928:1 FD

Yesterday, 100 octane - 28ignition at WOT - 4th gear pull with 1.034:1 and 4.928:1 FD

When I overlayed the 2 graphs, I was 5-7whp less across the board from 3000-9000rpm?

Is it the longer gear that I used yesterday that did this....motor 250-255 comp across the board which was the same as in May?

I would go back and dyno run with 94 and 25 ign to see if it really is the gearing!

I believed it's the temp correction because I dyno an all motor integra two months ago and it make 197 whp / 135 ft/lbs of torque then we redyno it yesterday again without changing anything and it make 191 whp / 128 ft/lbs of torque. When we overlay the maps, there was about a 6-7 whp difference throughout the band. It was 20 degree cooler when we dyno the first time.
