I don’t have any long bolts to connect to the cat...didn't know if I need to make a trip to lowes or something . Also, I'm not an exhaust expert but there is a "ring" that came with it...(not the tapered one), how/what would I use this for (sorry if this is a question). Does anyone have pictures?

 

the cat usually has studs on it, so no bolts for that.

 

so just use the nuts that came with the kit (there are 5, two smaller, and three larger). What would these "bolt" to?

Yeah you just use the stock studs, but it does come with new nuts for you to use.

Actually, come to think of it, I thought that those bolts were pretty rusty, and I was wondering how hard they would be to get off...I was going to use a dremel and just cut them doesn't look like I should...or do you have a good way of getting them off?

soak em with wd-40 or that new lube from valvoline. breaker bars are your friend's
