vtec brake and rotor sizing
I recently upgraded my h23 brake setup to the h22 setup. And got the Axxis Ultimate performance street pads and noticed that even though the vtec pad is longer and the rotor is larger the pad is shorter and didn't utilize the whole rotor braking area. And had stopped by a couple parts stores and they had vtec pads that were 1-3/4" tall to 1-7/8". But the h23 brake pads were slightly taller and used the whole rotor brake area. Vtec owners, do you have this same issue?
What brand rotor is that? Mine don't have that lip. They're flat across until you get to the hat. Anyway, I have HPS and I really don't want to pull it apart to measure them. Just assume they're big enough to be within spec and go with it

Ugghhh.....why did you even bother with those pads?
Are you sure they are for H22 and NOT H23?
I upgraded to VTEC calipers/rotors because the BEST H23 pads were Axxis Ultimates and thats NOT good enough for me........
With those pads, you should have just stuck with H23 setup......

if i touch the brakes fast at 30mph i can lock the tires, theres already an increased amount of braking power, and all the other pads were too expensive. Plus Im using the pads on the street.
