save for the victor x. is that all you have to say. that really wasnt the question. if you port the itr manifold why not port the skunk2 one

The pro series manifold is basically and itr manifold just optimized with a larger plenum and slightly shorter runners. Its a good manifold out the box.

Skunk2 features a larger plenum and longer runners. I have dynoed both a ported ITR manifold and a ported Skunk2 pro series manifold. The ported Skunk2 was good for an additional 6 whp increase. By the way, this was ported by the same engine builder all in the same week as per my request to be used for dyno comparison.

Yes it is worth the additional money to get the Skunk2 pro series manifold.

lets see the dyno.

-op, i would opt for whichever im is cheaper as i HIGHLY doubt an s2p im outperforms an itr by 6whp. thats almost laughable

From a styling standpoint,

The Skunk2 manifold looks like a$$ compared to the p73. I think that the large S2 logo on the plenum is way too big and over the top.

If that skunk2 logo was a little more understated , smaller, either reliefed or depth engraved it would look way better.

have you ever seen a deburred and polished type R manifold? They're beautiful.

I got a p73 deburred, media blasted and High heat clearcoated. The throttle body is portmatched, as well as the runners portmatched to the gasket. I doubt a skunk2 would perform any better on my motor........and it looks 10x better than the skunk2.

you say you doubt .. but that is all speculation untill you dyno a portmatched skunk to against your p73 one
