Did the compression ratio and it gives me 12.000 compression. THe pistons which are ZC will be placed in my B7 Block and Z6 head. Is this compression to high for daily driving, and is there anything I can do to drop the compression???

 

An easy solution is to use a thicker headgasket.

its a 3 layer gasket...and it should be fine for daily driving.

 

yes on the 3 layer, you should be ok for a dd. just only give her the best gas.

 

I just tried the combo in http://www.zealautowerks.com/dseries.html, and I'm getting 10.5:1. How are you getting 12:1?

If it's 10.5:1, don't worry about it. However, ZC pistons and a z6 head doesn't seem like a great combination for 12:1 SCR, even with 93 octane. What camshaft will you be using?
