We have seen 230 whp on a dynojet with a stock motor, with intake manifold, 65mm throttle body, 440cc injectors with a modified header on a H2B setup. Of course with a manual tensioner conversion and balance shaft belt removed. I am not too sure what the motor will do without these bolt ons

what you did will not help the power one bit.The hole at the exit is 2 1/8 for a reason. But you have a copy of a header that was made 7 years ago anyway so go ahead and do what ever you want to it.

You could cut it off there, get a 2" to 2.5" transition and make the collector sort of a high velocity merge.

Id like to see the correct way to make the modification so i can do this myself as well and save some money instead of pay well over 1grand for the ssr h2b headers.
