Struts and shocks from a 2nd generation prelude for another 2nd gen prelude of another year would they fit. I want to get some from an 84 to put on an 85.

 

They should work, but it could depend on the shock manufacturer. If you look at the shocks we list for your vehicle (at least for the ones we carry), they have the same part numbers for 1984 and 85 years.
