Which one should I buy?
I want all of these tools but can't buy them all. Well which ONE should I buy?
As for the torque wrench, I have 2 options. one that goes 0-75ft/lbs in 2.5 increments or get the one that goes 0-150ft/lbs in 5lbs increment?
Here are my future jobs that I got to do to the car:
- Replace oil pan gasket
- Replace CV Joints
- Possibly replace head gasket.

i have never nor seen anyone use a balljoint separator when replacing cv joints/driveshafts. if you're going to replace your headgasket i'd suggest you buy the torque wrench.
What do you use to separate the ball joint then? and which torque wrench should i buy? the 0-75lbs in 2.5 lb increments or 0-150lbs in 5lbs increments?
I don't recall there even being one when replacing a cv.
And get a torque wrench that you dial to set it, not just eyeball where the arrow is...

Get the torque wrench, always a use for it. and you don't need a 7pc. axle nut set, you just need one (32mm if remember right) should only be $5-10 at any auto parts store.
get the torque wrench. all the other tools listed can be borrowed fron most autoparts stores like autozone with like a 15$ deposit. you get your money back when you return the tools. if you keep them you just paid almost full price on a used tool.
Well thank you all for your inputs. I've decided to buy the craftsman beam torque wrench 3/8 in. Drive with 0 to 75 ft. lbs.
The reasons are:
- Lifetime guaranteed (unlike the clicky type which is only 1 year)
- No need for calibration or worry that it'll be out of specification years down the road.
- Cheap

Accord/Prelude is 36mm. Anyway, the torque wrench is a yes, O2 sensor socket if you think you need it, axle nut socket maybe if you plan to do more cars than your own (otherwise just buy the size you need). Never needed a ball joint separator thus far
