Default booster or master cylinder?

Alright so I have always had problems with my brake system on my 92 eg hatch, so I decided to replace everything on brake system. I started with pads, moved to rotors, then I did calipers, and still my brakes would wear so fast and my car would shake when I would brake. I then replaced the master cylinder. After that my bake pedal is really stiff, and the pedal feels (when car is on) like how the pedal feels when the car is off. Is that a bad new cylinder or a bad booster.?

sounds like a bad booster cuz it should feel easier wen the car is on cuz the booster supposed to help you brake easier. hope it works
