Icon6 blowin ecu fuses

so i clean my 92 prelude si and make it all pretty, then, i made it mayb a mile down the road and it just shuts off... when u turn it on u cant hear the fuel pump kick on at all, and ten as soon as i move it blows both ecu fuses at the same time. the common thoughts seem to b either a short somwhere in the wiring, or... a bad fuel pump. the guy i bought it off of put a lot of new stuffon the motor, still all stock, but the only thing it didnt replace was the fuel pump. so... ne thoughts?

Ive had a bad alternator pop an ECU fuse on a 94 H23 lude. Unplug the green alternator connector and see if it pops.

usually if the alternator regulator goes out it will do that. if it went bad it is putting out too much voltage to the ecu try the advice from 92 civic
