Default ef sedan transmission swap

i have a 1990 EF Sedan automatic
i was wondering if anyone knew of a place where i could get my swap done. i want to convert my car to stick. im just not sure where to go. some place legit that maybe someone could vouch for. im in the orange county area. oh and if you might know how much ballpark it would cost that would be great to. thanks.

do it your self. or call around. Best bet would be sell your car and buy a stick.

that is probably the best advice. The pedal swap is not terribly hard, but its a whole lot of drama when you could probably sell the auto car for more to some kid learning to drive and buy a manual car and use the spare money to upgrade from there.

something you probably have not even anticipated is the ECU will flip out without the auto trans lockup solenoid present.. so you would need a new ecu or a few resistors removed from your existing one to get that error to go away after the swap, presuming they do everything else right.

as a side note, i saw a 94 toyota supra non-turbo auto for sale with only 30k miles at my local toyota dealer. It looked so pretty, but reality is it would be the absolute worst version of that car to buy.

im willing to pay someone to do the conversion for me. i really dont want to buy another car. too much of a hassle and im comfortable with the car i have. i wouldnt want to do the conversion myself because thats too complicated for me. out of my league.

The MIL comes on, everything else works fine.
