what kinda mods do i need to put a y8 camshaft on a z6 head?
and is there gains on doing this...?

just upgrade to a aftermarket, dont upgrade to a stock one you wont gain. waste of time

It's basically the same camshaft, but you'll need a cam gear to correct the timing (since it'll be 1/2 tooth off).

There will be absolutely no difference.
