I have a 93 Civic that we are having problems getting to run right! The motor has a D15 Block with new OEM Rods New OEM Pistons, D16 Vtec head, Completely worked as much as a head can be.(Shaved) Competition Cam stage 1, after market valve springs and a Y8 manifold that has been poted. It has DC Header.... Will crank and run decent for a min then revs up and down with miss to it then it will bog out when you put it in gear and give it gas...

Has new plugs wires etc....
