Default Deep Dish Rims help

Hey everyone, i just got myself a turbo'd 1995 civic coupe and was look to upgrade the rims a little bit, i want to go with a set of 16" rims and i am leaning towards the work meister rims. i want to know what is the biggest lip i can go with on my civic with widen it also what would be my best bet for offset anyhelp would be awesome thanks for your time

yes i seen a set on line of work rims and i love the look so i just want to know what size offset i should go for to get the biggest lip
