need help on a b20 vtec?

here i planing on building a b20 vtec but iono what parts to get for it so please help me whats best for the motor thnx..

yeah what kind of head, cams, cam gears, valve springs etc....i just want it to make it all motor and good for almost daily driving ya know...you think you can help me out?
