CT-Engineering Civic SI Stainless Steel 4-1 Header (06 - 09 Civic SI)

CT Engineering headers and exhaust systems are manufactured using CNC machined flanges and mandrel bent T-304 stainless steel tubing. All CT-Engineering headers have precision fit merge collectors and all joints are TIG welded for durability and appearance.

CT Engineering uses both its in house DTS engine dyno and Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno to develop all of the headers and exhaust systems we sell.

The CT-Engineering Icebox Air Intake System is designed to pull inlet air from outside the engine compartment to ensure that denser cold air is actually getting to the engine. Their design also helps keep intake noise to a minimum. The kits use a foam filter that can be cleaned and reused.

This Carbon Fiber Air duct moves the opening of the air duct lower, and to the front of the car where the air is cooler, and has a higher velocity. This is typically good for an additional 3 to 4 horsepower, and greatly improves the look of the engine bay.

In contrast to the 88 deg. C start temperature of the OEM thermostat, Spoon's thermostat commences opening at 65 deg. C, and is fully upened at 70 deg. C, substantially improving cooling performance. This is ideal for auto-cross or race applications.

Spoon understands that as you increase the power out-put of your engine, this puts additional stress on your drive-train components. From their racing experience, Spoon has found that one of the key areas of the S2000 that needs to be addressed is the rear axle’s.

Using the same process that they use to prep their S2000 Race Car’s, Spoons starts with a factory S2000 Rear axle and improve it by thoroughly polishing all of the bearing surfaces. Once this is done, they reassemble the axle using special high-temp grease. The end result is a dramatic reduction in friction, which keeps the axle’s components cooler, increasing their resistance to wear, and reducing the likelihood of failure.



This is a pair of complete right and left axles, and will fit all 2000 – 2006 S2000’s.

Single axles are available as a special order only, and we strongly recommend replacing both axle’s at the same time.

Spoon has developed their Engine Torque Damper for the S2000.

The Engine Torque Damper braces the motor to reduce its movement under hard acceleration and engine braking. This puts more torque to the wheels, and gives the car a tighter, more stable feel. This is ideal for aggressive street and track driving, and on higher power engines.

This bolts on with the supplied brackets, and requires no drilling, etc.
