Always been a fan of the Eibach Prokit for the Prelude.......9yrs/100k miles and still no sag.
How much are you looking to lower? What do you do with your car?

Swift makes top notch springs. Use them if the lowering and spring rate match what you want. Eibach lowering springs in my experience are terrible, don't lower as advertised and are very very low rate.

If they're progressive....their Advertised rate really means nothing anyway......
Linear>Progressive
They were still good for 1:39s @ Gingerman........unheard of by a Street Prelude.
Have you run them before?
They lowered my car about 1.3" and induced matching camber in (*)
I just outgrew them......Seems like people get hung up on how much it DUMPS their car......
IMHO anything more than 1-1.5" for a DD is ridiculous.....but I also live in the Pothole/Road Construction Capital of the USA.

The rear springs in the Pro-kit are progressive. There's a range of rate with progressive springs. They lowered my car more than advertised, which I wasn't happy about, especially since back was more than the front. And considering they lowered the car, they didn't increase the rate much if at all to compensate. The Pro-kit's are lower rate than almost all the other springs available. These were 5th gen springs.

OP, skip the lowering springs and just go straight to Ground Control.

My vote is for GCs with custom rates. Pick your own height and stiffness. Can't get any better than that.

H-techs lower it a little less than an inch and ride like stock.
