Help on removing Fail-safe Relay On a 5th gen

Help on removing Fail-safe Relay On a 5th gen
Hey Guys I have a problem trying to get the Fail-safe Relay fuse out from under the dash anyone here have a easy way to get it out. There is no space for me to get my hand under the dash near the master clutch cylinder to get it out.
