I just bought a 1994 Honda Civic vx hatchback and the owner before me put in an aftermarket steering wheel but in doing so cut all the connections so I have no horn or SRS. I dont mind not having the airbag but I need the horn. What do i need to do so I can have a horn again. Would I have to buy a whole new steering column from the junk hard or is there something else I can do. I need a horn here in Miami **** cant drive..... I will take pics when I get home so you can see what I am talking about......

Are you sure its cut? In my car, I just removed the OEM steering wheel and cable reel. No need to cut them out. To add the horn, you'd need to run a wire from the harness connection in the steering column to either a button on the wheel or somewhere on the dash.
