YES .. The 5G aluminum oil-pan will fit a 4G Prelude. 5G uses hondaBond as a sealant, 4G uses rubber gasket. Use proper sealant and you will be fine.

Keep in mind that this is only applicable to H22 (93-96) 4th gens because the F22 motor cannot use an H22 oil pan.

You also will not be able to use the stiffener off of the 4Gen. You'll need to use the 5Gen piece.

Be sure you use the dipstick that matches the pan......H22A1 and H22A4 dipsticks are different length.

What issue of SUPER TUNER magazine did you read that? All USDM H22 dipsticks are the same.

Well I looked up a

1995 SiVTEC part# is
15650-P5M-000 DIPSTICK, OIL $12.31

2000 Type SH part# is
15650-P5M-000 DIPSTICK, OIL $12.31

so it looks like they are the same dipstick, I also checked the dipstick tube and they are the same part# too.
2000 Type SH
15200-P13-000 PIPE, OIL LEVEL $12.10
1995 SiVTEC
15200-P13-000 PIPE, OIL LEVEL $12.10
