can anyone tune with the wideband values?

i have OBD1 28 Pin Eprom socketed ecu
if i had the datalog information from innovate lm1 could anyone tune my car and send me the chip?

or should i get a basemap from phearable?

get a basemap from phearable. I just got one a week ago and I'm impressed, I know I need to get tuned but their basemaps are close.
