They will problaly just make it turn orange, but it will not have enough heat to burn most likely.
Why can't you get it off? did you strip it or something?

Its completely rounded off and their is less than 1mm on the sides cause they put a regular nut to hold it on instead of a after market wheel lug nut. i know stupid!
Ok, which one of these will turn it orange? and when it is orange could i beat it with a chisel and hammer and maybe it will brake?

go t oyour autoparts store and ask for the tool to remove damaged lugnuts, get a BFH (morons used tuner lugs on my car and didn't leave me the key one time, on the side of the highway with a flat. Taxi to parts store to rent this tool, and rachet and hammer, taxi back beat living **** out of wheel nuts changed tire went home put 19mm regular wheel nuts on, drove back to where i bought the car, gave them the bill and there lugnuts back...........)
beat the socket on the wheel nut with the hammer and an extension, then it should loosen off. you'll need either a 3/8 or 1/2" rachet for the tools too along with an extension.

Well see, thats not the problem. the problem is space and i have tried hammering sockets on! noway in hell even a thin wall socket! im gunna put it like this. if the socket fit the nut PERFECT and was paper thin it still would NOT work cause of space. you see what im working with now? the rim is chrome. maybe if i burnt and cut the rim around the nut ahead it will give me space.

and on top of that one lug nut i already beat to death with a chisel so ya it is big time messed up.

theirs no space for that and the car is here at my house and not at the shop where the welder is at. but the rim is Chrome not sure what that means? metal aluminum.
BTW: there are some posts here that the users should strongly consider deleting.
screw it be a man and use your teeth to get it off.
Pics of the wheel might help? I would just cut it off if you have a cutting torch if you say its garbage then just replace the wheel stud.

Well, I cant weld the center of the lug because it is not a lug nut lol it is a regular BIG nut no center to it. some dumb *** put it on. i dunno why.
I called this last muffler shop and they say they can cut it off it is 0.9Miles from me and the tire is coming off the rim. when the tire comes off the rim is it ok to drive lol?

This i know was a easy fix. as simple as getting my friend to bring his two 10 gallon tanks of gas. and torch it off and replace the rim/tire wheel studs and all new lug nuts but he has bailed on me 10 times and is busy every time i try in call him so i get inpatient so i try **** my self like buying sockets and tools and chisels that are getting me no where.
how about this method get a good quality set of drill bits and center punch the stud now start to drill out the senter of the stud and work your way up in drill bit size till there is no stud left to hold the nut on and your wheel will now come off with no harm done to the wheel. use lots of lube on the drill but and go slow the studs are hardend and pretty tough but it can be done this way just be sure to take your time
