Hi. I have a 99 Honda civic sedan and I need to get to the windshield wiper assembly but I need to remove the clips to remove the cowl cover. Is there an easy way to remove the clips holding down the cowl cover? DO they break easy? Do you reuse the clips or do I need to buy new ones?

 

you can reuse the clips, i used a pointy nossed pliers and a screwdriver to get them up. it was pritty easy, just squeas the 2 wings in and push it up with the screwdriver
