I am getting my on lx civic sedan repainted white, due to hit and runs and normal wear.

Due to one accident rust accumulated in the engine bay

I am going to a auto body shop in nyc Great Bear Auto and to do the complete repaint including getting ride of all the rust, they are charging me 2 grand. Includes original body work and repaint of body kit.

Can anyone offer another shop in New York which also specializes in this type of work so I can see the price difference.

I am set on paying the 2 grand and the shop has a great repuatation, but perhaps another shop can offer a complete repaint in a new color for the same price (2 grand) but also has a great reputation?

Any help would be great, I am sending my car in on tuesday. Complete repaint and body work will take 10 days they say.
