Remanufactured Calipers from Majestic Honda
Has anyone bought a remanufactured caliper set from Majestic Honda? I'm trying to figure out if the bracket that attaches to the knuckle comes with the set.
Also, are the RMD's from Dealerships the same quality as the original OEM? I bought a Nippon RMD caliper from NAPA two years ago and it has completely rusted out.

If RMD stands for remanifactured then I suppose they're the same quality as OEM stuff. But no, I haven't bought anything from Majestic Honda so I am biased.
I get most of my parts from...

Always have good prices and returning cores are easy. Sure it cost a little bit to send it back, but I saved a lot when I changed the wife's mustang calipers.
they have options of buying just calipers or calipers with brackets.

I think you have to buy the caliper bracket separately. I think the remanufactured parts from Majestic are fine. I got some calipers from the Honda dealer near me and while I paid way too much, they are still in perfect shape after about a year. Ive gotten other things from Majestic and everything has been very good quality.

i needed the brake pad bracket up front because my caliper wouldnt slide off (caliper was seized also), i got a rebuilt caliper with bracket, new rattle clips, bolts and boots for $32 and $7shipping

never bought anything from rock auto but supposedly my dads buddy started the whole thing i guess.
but ive got some nissin calipers i got from carquest, pretty sure they are reman's.
i shot them with a few coats of paint, so rusting hopefully wont be an issue.
id call one of your local parts suppliers, and see what they got to offer. dealerships are just expensive, and imo good for the hard to find things...

When it comes to buying remanufactured calipers-
unloaded caliper = caliper only
semi-loaded caliper = comes with brackets
fully-loaded caliper= comes with brackets and brake pads
