It wasnt stuck to begin with.

I had completely forgotten that you cannot compress Rear Discs Brake Pistons, they are threaded.

When you change the front pads/rotors, do you have to compress those then rebleed?

You have to Compress the Front Brake Pistons to place the New Pads in there, yes. Just use a Big C-Clamp for those or the Brake Piston Compressor Tool. No need to bleed the system for changing just the brake pads and Rotors unless of course you got Air in the lines some how by disconnecting them. You can also rebleed if you feel the pedal is not as firm as it should be after the rotor/pad change.

how do you compress the rear pistons? i have to tool but none of the adapters fit what can i do?
