Default 1998 Honda accord speedometer, odometer, rpm meter and temperature all dead.

on my car i was changing the bulb on my clock and all of sudden i got a short circuit. after that everytime i turn on the car, i see the red battery light come on instead of all the other lights coming on. but when i start the engine it goes off. and then nothing works on my gauge. but my turn signals work. i think its a fuse and not the speed sensor because my odometer is dead also. please tell me where to find the fuse cuz i looked at all 4 fuse boxes and i cannot seem to fix it. and what is it called.

check "all" fuses in the engine bay and under driver side. that short that you got doesnt seem good. not really an electrical person so can help too much.
