Default P28 ECU A01 -> A02 problem

Hi, I just bought a OBD1 P28 ECU A02 that is chipped, and my car had A01 before.
Its a 93 del Sol si, d16z6.

When I plug in the chipped ECU, a solid cel light comes on and car runs like s***.
Even when I cut the jumper to use stock ecu.

Am I missing something?

Please help.
