I am thinking if they aren't shiny(oily) then you may have a problem with the injectors leaking.
Quick test clean the plugs then swap the injectors to the outer cyl see if the black plug syndrome follows.
Remember to put a bit of engine oil on the o rings so the injectors slide in and don't wreck the o rings.

well i think im in the same boat b/c all of my spark plugs are black, but their dry black. my friend said that it could be the o2 sensor, b/c i don't have my o2 sensor install, but do u get an idle or a rough idle...?
ya def. put the O2 in. and id check the grounds at the thermostat houseing make shure there not all nastied up. your car wount go into loop so your computer isent getting the info it needs to set your fuel and air ratio correct. so it is prob. dumping fuel just to stay running.
and also when i unplug the injector harness connectors two of them them make my car die. and the other two dont do anything at all just keeps on runnin
