Default EF H-series starting problems

I'm having problems starting my H23a vtec in my 91 hatch. I have everything wired properly, an obd1 dizzy and a p72 (obd1). We have checked everything, we are running Hondata, and cant seem to get it running properly. We checked cam timing, and ignition timing, it will idle rough when we do get it, and wont respond to throttle input or anything. If you have any ideas, please help.

Might be a stupid comment but I had a CB7 Accord with an F22b in it ...it ran barely but the timing was out on the plugs..wires were in the wrong order.

Do you know what the order was on your f22b? we looked to see if we could find a firing order and didnt know exactly what it was. We tried the same order as a b-series, but it didnt work properly. I dont know if we were just off by a 90 deg. rotation. I have new plug wires on the way, so when i get them i will try again. thanx
