The best way to get help isn't to insult the senior members...keep that in mind when you ask for help.

As for the wire colors needed to run power windows and mirrors...they are listed in the Honda service manual for the year of your car/doors. Check those specs in the manual first. The manual can be had for free online...and it isn't illegal to obtain it. Once you have the manual read the section on wiring. Then if you can't figure it out from there...ask nicely...and someone may give you the specific answer you need.
